A Weekend in San Francisco & Sonoma!

A quick weekend getaway to the west coast is definitely doable from NYC. You will need to be able to fall asleep on flights and pack for spring like weather. It is always great to go back to San Francisco, catch up with friends, and enjoy wine country!

Wine country is so special to Luis and me and every time we get a chance to visit, it is always the highlight of our trip. We lived in San Francisco for 3 years and moved back to NY last year. When we lived in SF, we became members of Scribe's winery club. I was introduced to Scribe by a friend when the word was just getting out that it was the "it" winery in Sonoma.

Scribe is still the "it" winery in Sonoma and now the word is out. If you want to really experience a hip and trendy winery, with a killer view, delicious wine, and have an unforgettable experience...Scribe is your winery. When we were members we didn't have to pay for the tastings but since we are no longer members, the tasting costs $60 per person with food pairing.

We were super excited to visit Scribe's new Hacienda as well, since this area of the winery wasn't open when we lived there because it was being restored. If you ever go to Sonoma, go to Scribe :)
