A Cold Spring Getaway!

Last month for President's day weekend, Luis and I decided to go upstate to Cold Spring, NY. Right after work we took Metro North to the Cold Spring stop. Our bed & breakfast was only a 4 minute walk away from the train station. We stayed at the lovely and quaint Hudson House. This bed & breakfast has everything you will need and it is conveniently located right in front of the Hudson River.

We only spent Friday and Saturday night there and got back to the city on Sunday night for dinner plans with our friends at Indian Accent. This is the second time we stay in Cold Spring and the Hudson House. Their restaurant for both brunch and dinner are delish and customer service is excellent! If you are looking for a quick, easy, and convenient getaway, I highly recommend staying at The Hudson House. While you are there, hit up Cold Spring Antique Center for the most unique vintage jewelry pieces :)

Cold Spring is great for hiking and kayaking. We can't wait to pay a visit to the Bannerman Castle during the summer!
