On my way to the highline park

Today I decided to go to the highline park. I don't get to go to it a lot because I live on the East side. Today I was determined because I really wanted to eat brunch at the porch (food and drink booth) right on the park. When I got there it was closed :/ so I decided to visit a few shops around the highline.

My first stop was Anthropologie. This store is a bit too gypsy and bohemian for me but I fell in love with a few cocktail dresses and the jewelry is to die for. These are perfect for spring and summer weddings or cocktail parties.

After visiting Anthropologie, I went for a walk at the highline.  It was a bit chilly and there were still no flowers or green grass...hopefully by April the grass and flowers grow back.

I also made a stop at the Chelsea Market and ran into a mini indoor flea market called "Artists & Fleas" showcasing vintage jewelry and clothes as well as art and accessories.  Today was the last day for this event at the Chelsea Market, but it is opened year round in Williamsburg (N.7th street between Kent ave and Wythe ave).

Stern Design Works

I must say that I did a lot in like 3 hours.  Check out the stud earrings from Stern Design Works, they are so cool and they come in every color.
