2016 F/W Fashion Week and Everything in Between!

It is still Fashion Month with Milan Fashion Week currently happening.  I have many things I want to share with you, follow me on instagram for more @keilysfashionpicks.  Let's begin with the fact that I am now living in NYC again :) and attended NYFW.  My husband and I are now settled in Tribeca and love it very much.  It's great to be back and great to re-connect with our friends! It's also amazing to be in a Fashion capital where so many events and exciting things are happening all of the time.

If you want to get a glimpse of what is like to live in NYC and what is like to be in the fashion industry, check out the following videos, shows, and movies:

-Alexa Chung's Future of Fashion: Best one for understanding how hard it is to work in the industry and harder to stay at the top.  After watching this, think about how Karl Laggerfeld manages to consistently deliver for Chanel, Fendi, and his own label.  How is this possible? He is definitely someone I admire very much.

-Dior and I: Documentary of Raf Simons working at Dior.  He then resigned from Dior last year.  Read more about his exit here.

-Sex and the City: If you have HBO on Demand, it is a must! in addition, I just found a new show featuring the same costume designer as Sex and the City, Patricia Field! The show younger is silly but at the same time true to our times and the media/publishing industry in NYC.  I am obsessed with Hillary Duff's wardrobe as well as Miriam Shor's.
