"Freshen Up" This Spring With Sasha Maks & Beauty Company

Happy Saturday! How is Spring treating you?! My Spring is super busy with tons of events, weddings, and graduations…but I will survive! Spring events are the best because the weather is perfect and you can wear bright or pastel colors!

The first Spring event that I had to hit up was "Freshen Up" This Spring With Sasha Maks & Beauty Company on Polk St.  Thanks to this event I finally visited Beauty Company and was greeted with a wall full of Essie nail polish bigger than the one at Walgreens! It was like nail polish heaven! You can get everything done at Beauty Company, from waxing, hair, nails to spray tans.  You should check out their specials! Now I know where I am going to get my nails done for my wedding!

The event consisted of great people, a braid bar with hair stylists Alix Garcia and Katey Smith, champagne, cupcakes by Brandy from Will Bake For Shoes, and of course vintage jewelry from Sasha Maks Vintage.  Some of us were also styled by Sasha Maks.  Sasha will be launching the website very soon, in the meantime to find out more about her services and to book a styling session contact Sasha at info@styledbysashamaks.com.

We also got to take home some samples of the new Ziesche Modern Apothecary line! This line is particularly special because it was created by, Sherri Ziesche, the owner of Beauty Company and made up of natural, plant-based, clean, and biodegradable products that delight the senses and nourish the body.

I was wearing a greenish sheer top with a dark denim jacket and Sasha made my outfit pop by styling me with her jewelry pieces.  I loved how she layered the necklaces and chose a long orange necklace to bring my top to life.  Thank you for this great event Sasha and the Beauty Company ;)
